SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency said it can be alarmed with regard to the large range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area daily. The services place produced for intervention encounters a large inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this sassa reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to empower the servicing of all shoppers and enhance entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
